Our Standard Lawn Services
Early Spring Application: A granular application of fertilizer to green lawn up and a preemergent to help prevent grassy weeds like crabgrass and foxtail. Broadleaf weed control is applied once weather is warm enough.
Late Spring Application: A booster application of preemergent to help control grassy weeds like crabgrass and foxtail. A 'maintenance' application of fertilizer to keep lawn green and healthy. Broadleaf weed control is applied to control weeds like dandelions and clover as needed.
Summer Application: A slow-release fertilizer that feeds the lawn throughout the summer months. Spot treatment for broadleaf weeds and nutsedge as needed.
Grub Control: A safer grub control application that provides season long control against grub damage.
Late Summer Application: A slow release fertilizer applied to Bermuda and Zoysia lawns.
Fall Application: Application of fertilizer to help rebuild turf after summer stress, plus broadleaf weed control as needed.
Winterizer: The most important fertilizer application of the year. A heavy application of nitrogen fertilizer to build a large food reserve for spring and early summer use. This will ensure earlier spring green-up, better-than-normal color, better rooting and tillering, and fewer spring diseases.
Soil Test: A scientific test to determine nutrient needs and pH levels to see if sulfur is required.
Sulfur: Lowers soil pH to unlock essential elements for green-up of lawn.
Additional Lawn Services
Chinch Bug Control: A single application provides season-long control for this damaging Zoysia pest.
April Mow Reducer: Application that turns top growth into root growth during the heavy growth month of May. Decreases number of mowings needed for four to five weeks and eliminates need for bagging. Also, provides a darker green lawn.
Core Aeration: Helps loosen clay soils and control thatch build-up. Also, promotes rooting for your best lawn.
Flea and Tick Control: Four to ten week control is possible with one of our applications for these outdoor pests.
Disease Control Program: Customized treatments of fungicides to help reduce damage to lawns from disease.
Seeding: Spot seeding to complete renovation with a range of available seeding options from premium seed varieties.
