Our Standard Lawn Care Program
Early Spring Preemergent: A preemergent to help prevent grassy weeds like crabgrass and foxtail. Broadleaf weed control is also applied.
Spring Fertilizer: An application of fertilizer and spot weed control for broadleaf weeds like dandelions and clover as needed.
Early Summer Fertilizer: A slow-release fertilizer that feeds the lawn throughout the next few months. Spot treatment for broadleaf weeds and nutsedge as needed.
Late Summer Fertilizer: A slow-release fertilizer that feeds the lawn throughout the remaining summer months. Spot treatment for broadleaf weeds and nutsedge as needed.
Early Fall Fertilizer: A slow-release fertilizer that feeds the lawn to prepare turf for overwintering. Spot treatment for broadleaf weeds and nutsedge as needed.
Fall Pre-emergent: Application of pre-emergent to prevent early spring weeds. Spot treatment for broadleaf weeds as needed.

Winter Sulfur: A heavy application of sulfur to adjust the soil's pH. Also, aids in thatch decomposition and conditions the soil.
Soil Test: A scientific test to determine nutrient needs and pH levels to see if sulfur is required.
Core Aeration: Helps loosen clay soils and control thatch build-up. Also, promotes rooting for your best lawn.
Disease Control Program: Customized treatments of fungicides to help reduce damage to lawns from disease.
