Most of our work is done during the ten growing months of the year (although it is a 12-month job). Weather varies from the cold days of February to the hottest days of August. There are some 12-hour days and 6-day work weeks during peak times. No question, the work is hard, but we take pride in accomplishing a lot and staying in great shape at the same time.
